In DOS 2 and BG3 i always feel like i am missing a little when i play as origin characters, because i am used to hearing their voices when i talk to them - and voice acting is great! So them suddenly being mute feels weird. If there will be origin characters which are not fully voice acted when played as, i think it would be cool if origin character's voice actor would do narrator's job, either partially or fully. This does require a lot more voice acting from them, but it would let us hear the great voice acting without game being fully voice acted.

You could even change how its narrated a little, instead of "suddenly you were interrupted by a loud voice" it could be "then i remember a loud voice interrupting us" , first person like the origin character is telling a story what happened to them.

Do you think this is a good idea or not?

Since it would give us more of the excellent voice acting I am all for!

But I have to say, I love the narrator voice in BG3, it is a treat to listen to, even after playing the game 15 times.

Voice acting in general is great, excellent voice acting on the other hand, blows your mind!
I am very happy with Larions decision to not pay a premium for known actors. To me, having Keanu Reeves making Johnny Silverhand felt more like a cameo than a game character I would like to know better.
