Hi guys I wanna talk about "Frasco's guide to AT.

I wish I've played this build on my frist playtrought ( I had no wizard in my team).

I'm now playing as Astarion and arcane trickster just feltlike its the way that character was intended to be played.

Sure, thif still probably a little more powerfull. But roleplaywise, AT makes more sense for many players. Also, when you can land CC on your rogue, you can let your mages and priest unleach big AoE instead of wasting their turn on CC.

I'm now midway trough act 3 on tactician, and it still work just fine. I don't have to cheese any fight. I'm just a filthy casual player and still. I've just had to reload on 1 fight early game in the cathedral. Team of 3 pure class, S&B fighter, Warcleric, Wizard and the Arcane trickster.

Sorry if its happen to be a well known guide around here. But I think this guy put so much effort in righting and explaining it that its should be a popular one.

Edit: Their is a bug when I want to post the reddit link it show a broken youtube video linki.

Just search on reddit for: Frasco's (not useless) Arcane Trickster Guide/Build

Why yes Arcane Trickster is the way to go if you want a pure thief. Pure Swashbuckler might also be good.

For example on AT you can place your invisible Mage Hand next to any mob and always get Sneak Attack.

Assassin(3) is for Gloomstalker, Thief(3) is for all kinds of builds that want an extra bonus action. Both classes are very frontloaded, with little afterwards.
