This should be an universal game for everyone, not a porn game targetting overly horny male teenagers.
BG3 of course already has hourglas figure for women. Thats pretty much standard.
What I ideally want is a natural distribution of looks, and the option to edit your characters body.
And if there are "jiggle physics" then for the love of god make them look realistical. They are usually comically overdone. Good for a laugh, maybe, but it gets old really quick afterwards.
