There are obvious very diverging preferences here.

I prefer rather flat chested human women that have a normal body shape, not a slim or overcurved celebrity body. Of course, giths are naturally skinny, so that is fine.
Men should not have six packs. That is a gym look, not something an adventurer has.

BG3 was pretty decent, I think.
