I had this in a P&P game--
Dagger of Set, (evil God), when thrown has a 5% chance to find the most vulnerable spot on creature and kills it instantly also returns to weilder. It is a cursed item that changes my alignment towards evil. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/evilgrin1.gif" alt="" />
