Now a good one, i never saw this in a game what i played,
Something like:
Sword of Sumonner
When you hit the enemy you have chance to summon a creature(nature) of certain lvl.
Or:
Sword of Dark Sumonner When you hit the enemy you have chance to summon dark creatures of certain lvl.
And this sword can summon just a certain number of creatures, something like seven or something like this. Or maybe you summon all the time but can't control the creatures to follow you and they go to kill who they find. You just can control something like 7 creatures and the other go away.
Who's gonna show you how to fly!

really can see the bones of your hands. Permanently, I suppose ;0)? What about those glass daggers which can kill instantly a 1-15 level creature and shatter to pieces after?

Really good these daggers, but i prefer something like death strike, with a chance to kill the enemy in one hit.

But the dagger kills at one hit and gets destroyed . Isn't that great? I always liked funky cursed items or simply original ones.

Dagger of Baud. It is a very nice dagger and can kill any one creature with a successful hit. But after that, the poison is gone and it becomes a regular dagger. Or if that's not enough, perhaps it can recharge (once a day) or have a limited number of charges (like a wand). It would be handy for getting rid of the pesky Orc Drummers (before you're strong enough to kill them with three hits). You'd need to make some boss monsters immune to it or make it so that they only take 50% damage for balance.

I had this in a P&P game--Dagger of Set, (evil God), when thrown has a 5% chance to find the most vulnerable spot on creature and kills it instantly also returns to weilder. It is a cursed item that changes my alignment towards evil.

That could work. I hate black and white border lines though (no offence to your idea though). Just because you have 1 extra experience point (on the border of level 19 and 20), why should the dagger suddenly stop working?
How about if the dagger does the creatures maximum health in damage, but it resisted by Poison Resistance. Mind you, that would make more sense if Resistances were percentages. And how frustrating would it be if something had a Poison Resistance of 5 so that they just survived the poisoned blow.
Idea three: It does 5000 Poison Damage (Poison Resistances apply) with it's poisonous strike (still has charge limitations as above).

so maybe we could "stagger the dagger" meaning have the effective range between say for ex. 1-18 and the second 15-28, 25-37 etc.

Not you be at level 1 to 20! The enemy! Alright. At 1-15 level 100% sucess. 16 = 75% sucess 17 = 50%, 18 = 25%, 20 = 0%

Nice Death, but i don't agree with the 0% chance of do it a super hit.
Maybe something like this for trowing weapons:
I didn't saw this in any place.
Example: Use skill trow mastery or expertise.
Phoenix Trow Axe:(have to be hard to find)
Charm quality(variable) Damage 84 - 123 33 to fire resistance 15 absorb fire damage 12% chance to become from the Death + 15 to dexterity + 10 to strength + 8 to Constitution + 8 to Intelligence Adds burn fire damage 30-50, enemies with low fire resistence are carbonized. 15% chance to add on strke more 50 fire damage 2% chance to do a critical hit 0,5% chance to summon a phoenix to fight at your side.(based on character lvl)
Considerations: Phoenix - Burn Bird (Have great agility and great strenght, power to revive yourself, and have high constitution and more intelligence than other animals, and have a extra strong fire attack).
Maybe can be a part of Phoenix Set.
And other idea now, maybe some bird sets can be usable only by flyer chars.
Example:
Char what can fly:
Female flyer char Faerie Succubus
Male flyer char Druid with expertise in bird shape. Human-Griphin.
Sets:
Phoenix Set - Fire Thunderbird Set - Lightning Eagle Storm Set - Winds Frost Bird - water and cold
and other minor sets with everybody can use except for the wings of force.
Wings of force - part of all fly sets what permit have some wing attacks.
The animation part is in when you hit a enemy the fire of the phoenix weapon make the enemy burn completely.

Two words: GLOWING WEAPONS ROCK!
Eh, that was three words.
Anyway, swords of freezing would drip with white, cold energy, and a hammer of lightning would shimmer with blue lightning sparks. That sounds awesome. What about glowing armor? Too much coding, possibly...

More like too much animation. It would boot the requirements considerably. But it would be cool wearing an entire suit and weapon all of the same element. You could be a walking fireball, electrical sparkle, vaporous cloud, or energy blur (spiritual)! Or you could leave trails of poison!
