The same thing was happening to me, but it is seemingly happening randomly. For some reason if I delete all of the autosaves it will let me load my game without issue. I used to keep it to 5 autosaves but since this issue started I keep three only now. At which point, if it happens I start deleteing one at a time until it loads properly. Not sure why this works but it does...
