As someone who played a necromancer, my experience is that snatching bodies and dropping them off elsewhere angers people and confuses the game. Some bodies that have deeper connections to the story can just vanish from your inventory or mess up the storyline, others are instant zombies you can drag along indefinitely; but if you want to see people running and fight some guards, just casually drop a body in a busy street. The bodies of important NPCs should be handled with care, although we did drop off Gortash at the gallows without consequences.
