You could use
iZakaroN's SaveEditor to boost your experience points; the amount you get is dependent on your character level (you get more for solving quests at higher levels). However, this experience is negligible in the course of the game. You could easily compensate by Resurrecting a few monsters, running/teleporting away so they turn hostile, returning and killing them again.
If the other orcs are named, you
may be able to change their position with part of the procedure in
Reviving dead NPCs.
