Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) Technical Problems Can't get in caves

My DD version is 1.0034a

I click on the cave entrance, I can see my character IN the cave with all the cave sounds in the minimap only!!! The main screen remains centered topside in front of the cave entrance without my character??????

This happens with the Troll cave and the cave on the road to Verdistis, the quest was given to me by a knight.

Any help would be appreciated

Disable the caps lock / num lock key. Either can sometimes prevent the screen from focusing on the character properly when going through cave entrances or hatches. It may be easier to use the shift key when you want to move the screen focus away from your character.

Thanks for your help everyone. After the post I remembered reading somewhere in the forum about caps lock. Disabled it and everything works fine or at least I thought so....
