I know what you mean, this don't do the game unplayable like Carrie(right?) said.
But you know what i mean too, when i say if these skills are working you would have more "fire power".
I know you know this, so it would be better if these skills are not in the game, if we can't use it.
I don't want to discuss this anymore, is just lost time, isn't work and isn't work, this is what matter. I never tried to use these skills cause i always knew they are broken.
