You are right. I have not played for a while so i mixed up path and skill, me stupid. But there are rely just 88 skills sence i never gor so far that i can pick Path of the Divine, in despair that my ranger wont be able to fisnih the game i have quit playing.

Well, if you are going to restrict yourself to useful skills, you can probably drop that to about 80.

Part of the problem with the patch is that CDV is responsible for the release schedule. CDV required Larian to release the game sooner that they would have liked, so some quests were taken out of the game, the wastelands ended up as a straight hack-and-slash, and it was not tested as thoroughly as it could have been. A month or two before Larian released the patch, CDV had it for testing and one comment said it would take them a few weeks to test it. They have still not officially released the patch, and there is neither the hotfix or patch on CDV's Divinity site. This doesn't absolve Larian from any responsibility to fix the bugs still left in the game, but they did fix most of them.
I hope the work on Riftrunner goes smoother than expected, and they can release it before the Christmas buying season and still have time to work on another patch for Divinity. BTW, Blizzard still has someone working on another patch for D2, though it is more for features and balancing than serious bug fixes.

Perhaps mentioning consumer rights laws upfront could have been interpreted as being hostile, but without that information it appeared that you were overreacting to the remaining bugs. In any case, your point is now clear, with only few ruffled feathers in the process.
Hopefully Lynn (or someone) can make an official comment (or even a best guess) on the possibility of a future patch.
