Your griefs are justified - it's true that we can never fix all bugs, that's a sad truth about software development, but we can however take care of the broken skills.
The problem is that as you have noticed, CDV hasn't officially approved patch V1.34 yet. Because of it not being officialy approved, CDV doesn't give customer support to people who have installed the patch. There's a certain logic to that but it doesn't help the people who really need patch V1.34 of course, especially since it's been quite some time since we released the patch and it's proven to do a lot of good.
Being a small developer, we don't have sufficient QA resources to do the release of a patch v1.35 on our own - the release of V1.34 without CDV's support was already hard enough as is. However, what we can do is release a beta of V1.35. That one should normally take care of the remaining griefs but it will have to come without assurances for some time until we are sure there's no hidden bug in it (which is always the problem with patches for a game as big as <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/div.gif" alt="" />)
I will look what we can do and get back to you all on this.
