2. Mordan is Swedish and accustomed to the Swedish Customer Law, a very strict law and still valid.
According to the Swedish law a product MUST have what the advertisement and the package says: the Div box speaks of 96 skills, but we all know, 5 don't work. And this happened to Blizzard and Diablo 2:
Diablo 2 expansion Lord of Destruction and all Blizzards products were banned from sale in Sweden for 2 days ( Blizzard fixed the bug in 2 days).
You all get the message now? On the Swedish CRPG mailing list they are speaking about it and Mordan doesn't want this to happen.

To clear things up a bit i read the consumers law some (*yack* not fun). And its actually the publisher/distributor that have the responsibility to make sure the product meet the announced ability (In this case what the box says). Sence the publisher in this case is CDV and in the Diablo case it was Blizzard sence Blizzard publish their own games. So if some files charges and win all CDV tittles will be removed from the swedish market untill they fix the problem. Sence CDV have several lerge tittles they might want to approve another Divinity patch if they get all the products baned. So Larian might actually gain from a law sue in Sweden.
