<img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/exclamation.gif" alt="" /> Ok this is getting <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wave.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/offtopic.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wave.gif" alt="" /> (much of it my own fault)
Back to guilds and clothes

The OP, and I think his name was Jack Power or something <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" /> was after having the option to change the clothes of the succubus (just as an example). <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />

He also said something about less being better!
But the OP was green and he left or was reborn in the holy blood.

Perhaps he should have tried the Barbie SIMS; there is an adults optional patch that removes censoring.

As for <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/div.gif" alt="" /> it is a past tense.
As for <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/riftrunner.gif" alt="" /> you shall be able to change the clothes without passing by intermediate phases, if you know what I mean.

Is this thread closed or what?

Did that afull jack power ever implied that that he would like to see the clothes changed? Will some one think of the children.

I think Jack is not going to dignify that with an answer.

How many ava's do you have DAD that the 4th in 2 days.

SHHHH, no more talk about jack bauer or else....

I am a morphing Elf druid who can shift his shape as appropriate. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />

My limitation is to morph into a flying druid and that is why I use the Boing 777. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />

The tree trunk shape is my favourite of course with my bow being ready but looking like an innocent branch.

I like the idea of changable clothing item's but instead of boosting stat's they should add a small armour bonus ( very small - +1 or +2 ) and/or a resistance bonus . Maybe even mana/life regen .

0.0000001 armor class bonus.
A teeshirt will only protect you from flower petals, nothing more.
And it will certainly not speed regeneration process.

Yeah you got a point.
<sarcasm>
I mean it's not like rings have magical powers that protect you from poison or gives you magical powers. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />

Think less armour more ring typed stuff. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

Well, it's Hear'Dalis from BG 2 so I don't like it that much, that guy was always trying to steal Aerie away from me !!!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/memad.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/badsmile2.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />
I like Kiya's avatar better, that's Viconia, also from BG 2, she had a little more ... spunk <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />.

Well, some types of clothing could have some kinds of bonusses, a warm pull over might have a +1 cold resistance bonus <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />. But indeed, the bonusses should be small. Maybe all clothing made of a fabric should have lightning resistance? There's more chance to atract lightning in a metal suit I think <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> ... well, there are many ways normal clothing can be used like this ...

Agree. And the leather clothes dominatrixes wear should give you near lightning immunity ;0).

Actually, a couple layers of cloth is suppose to be pretty good protection against slashing (certainly much better than skin). I have not gotten into a knife fight to test this, though.

There are fabrics now designed to draw sweat away from your skin and keep you cooler, so an endurance bonus would not be unreasonable. If slashing/piercing/crushing types of damage are separate in Riftrunner, light armour could provide minor protection against slashing and fire/cold. Presumably, there could not be as much enchantment on light armour as heavy.

Gentlemen? What about a regular malus for not changing your clothes? the "stink" malus?
Kiya - creative and helpful

On the other hand... this could help in a knife fight - malus turns into poisonous cloud?

instead of cloth change, why not decals? much like mechwarrior where nearly all have the same mechs so the only way to differentiate is to wear decals. since player character will be rendered in real-time 3D, so change of colour is possible or is it otherwise? DAD, what do u think?
