how to open the door. Push level 1 and 2 down first, then push lever 3 (the middle one) down = this closes all doors and then the deed door is open. The other levers are up in the original position and should remain up.

If you already have one teleporter stone, you should be able to find the other one by dropping and using the one your player character is carrying. Did you use the alt key? Still can't find it? Go here: Raze's Guide to Lost Items:
