[Linked Image] looks nothing like Shrimpo

hey that's shrimpo's alien uncle, much like that tv show 'my uncle martin'. that can be a 'homage' to the show or the srimpiness of it all.

I would like to suggest a set of minigames for evaluating the skills of the hero.
For example the Scottish lumber games in which power and stamina are challenged by tossing a pole or crossing a moat by a lumber pole.
Then challenging intelligence by a logical riddle based on graphical input and void of local linguistic relations.
These minigames should serve enhancing the experience along with a bonus for skill points on success or winning, but experience points should be gained regardless of the outcome.

mini games are side shows much like side quests. the amount of XP awarded should be according to the level of success in the games, not participation as this can be exploited easily by joining many many many many times to get free XP.

maybe participation can be awarded with reasonable amount of XP but conditions can be set to make the game available only once throughout the game. this condition however defeats the reason of having minigames:- side show that u can enjoy anytime unless engaged in a heated battle.

don't know how our characters will toss the logs but it's interesting, DAD. let's think of some more unique crazy ideas for DD2. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/freak.gif" alt="" />

Yes of course, this idea needs further clarification. What I meant by experience here is in the very real sense of experience of learning a new game. if you win then you take the full experience but if you lose, you take 50% of the remaining not acquired experience with an upper limit of 75% of the total experience points associated with that particular minigame. A flag is then set in the game’s database declaring that the player has acquired all the experience points of this minigame on the event of winning. This means that you may play it and win as many times as you wish without gaining extra experience because you are now an expert. The same applies to the skill points.

Another game for a party, could be Tug O’ War, which may measure how fast Crazy can you click your mouse.

I would like some card games as mini games for <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/riftrunner.gif" alt="" />. I would really like whist or wiezen and maniellen(don't know the english name). It's really hard to find those card games on the internet and since Larian is Belgium ... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/up.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/up.gif" alt="" />

Hey a monster can hope, can he <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/evilgrin1.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/evilgrin1.gif" alt="" />

Card games are totally out of place in such a story line, but who knows!
Perhaps there would be an inn in which you could play cards with the waitress where she hits on your money and you hit on her dress.

For the record I was NOT suggestion strip poker as a mini game <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/suspicion.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/suspicion.gif" alt="" />. Still I wonder what kind of mini games could be implemented in a psuedo 3D vieuw??

I was under the impression that Morbo + mini-game + cards = cards mini-skirt games. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />

The best kind of minigames that could be implemented in Riftrunner is to quickly program a plug-in port and a single minigame to come with the original game so that no time is wasted on minigames. Once the game is out into the light, Larian Studios could continue to serve the fans or produce minigames add on that we could buy in the form of a bundle or minigames collection, which we may install as plug-in mini-games and from within the game we can select the minigame of choice to play.

great idea, DAD. that can be implemented in random quests features that they call battlefield. battlefield card game. only & only if larian implement this system then it'll be sweet reality.

since morbo is in need of female companionship, why not the game of morbos battlefield: skirt chase. characters sit on a frog/alien hopping around 2 chase skirts. it can be maze-like similar 2 pac-man. with enough skirt points, the winner can change avatar or character 2 specially made by larian avatar/character which reflects the winner's status of uber skirt chaser. yes, even if the character is a male, the avatar will be dressed with a micro mini skirt.
