I'm up to the spot in Iona's Dungeon where you read the old parchment, kill a monster and the stairs appear to the next level. Only the stairs don't appear. I know I'm in the right spot, this is the second time I've played past this part and I checked my old save game to be sure and I am in the right place. I've read the parchment, killed the monster and nothing. Read the parchment again, the incantation makes the room shake, and nothing, no monster and no stairs. How can I fix this? I searched the archives but I can't find any reference to this problem.
edit: Forgot to mention I am using the latest patch.
