Thanks a ton for your very quick response and all the suggestions. After I had done everything you mentioned, it still wasn't working. Then my husband kindly mentioned that it sounded like an install issue so I bonked myself over the head and started the long install again. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" /> As usual, that fixed it.
