I like to know what various people here live in your countries,
I'll start:

I'm work with computers(conserts) and networks and webdesign.

I live in Uberlândia - Minas Gerais.
I borned in Fátima do Sul - Mato Grosso do Sul - Pantanal.

I study Internet and Networks on University, and i like things relationed with computers, i don't talk much with other people, sometimes i like to stay alone, i like of women with long hair and what have a good smell and is kindness.

Here we have always high temperatures and some months with a lot of rain, and good temperature between 15ºC and 25ºC, have a lot of good food and isn't expensive, have a lot of jokes and difficult situations too about the govern, and the politics, one of the bests cars is from Chevrolet(General Motors) is the VECTRA, and some other nice cars. Here you always have the days with a determined hour like:

06:00AM - The sun light start appear
12:00 - The sun light is more stronger in this hour.
18:00PM - The sun light start to go away

We don't have long light days and long dark days.
Good beachs and fishs, a lot of nice things to do and nice people to meet, but i don't do a lot of these things, the most part of my time i'm studying or working, i and my brother like to play fight games together like Marvel vs. Capcom and Marvel vs. Street fighter, like to play rpg, adventure and other games. I think girls here are nice as i can see, i think girls in other countries are nice too, but some girls here just have interest for what you have, not for who you are, i hate this. Here we have a lot of green and blue, forests and clean water(not all rivers are clean), we have favelas and bad places too, where the police no enter.

Now i'm without time to do this, but i think later(more some months) i'll start my games fan site(divinity is included and riftrunner too). I think i'll do a html version first just as a preview, and later i'll do a flash version(final version) with a lot of dinamic content and polls and dinamic maps and atual information, and a php forum too, i'll talk with some friends to we do this together, if they won't i'll do it alone, the site will be in english but will not be just about games, will have other notices and other things, like:

Desktop wallpapers
Animes
Operational Systens - Windows e Linux
and ect.
I'll think in something.

For now i think is just this.

Ah yes, i think in be happy with a wife and kids too, but this is hard, cause i don't found the right girl at now.

I live in Melbourne, Australia. They rate it one of the best cities in the world, so I'm happy with that, and from my very limited experience, I'm ready to agree. Our sky scrapers only scrape the sky when the sky falls (fog) and our suburbs aren't too densely populated. The public transport is good (in my opinion) too.

I tried going to University doing Mechatronics and Software Engineering, but I couldn't handle the electrical side of it. It's beyond me and down right boring. I now work as an Administration Trainee. I get paid less than minimum wage, but I get a free qualification (and yes, it's legal). I handle the stock control, archiving and assist with quality assurance for a government contractor dealing with Apprenticeships and Traineeships.

There doesn't seem to be such a thing as an Australian anymore. Everyone here comes form everywhere. We have little sub-cultures all over the place. You could name any one suburb in Melbourne and be given a race that dominates it. It makes for an interesting place. Since I went to school in the city, I met people form everywhere, not just my home suburb (thank God!). That also means it's a real pain trying to visit people. Currently, my best friends live in Hawthorn (1 hour away), Laverton (1.5 hours away) and Wagga Wagga (8 hours and $75 return away).

I have fun with my computer and DVDs and legs (I like walking). I mostly play building games, FPSs with a story (not multiplayer), and RPGs. DVDs are mostly Sci-Fi, anime, or art-house. And walking happenes where e'er there be land!

Im in Melbourne too so I wont recap what HandEFood has already said <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" /> The only difference is that my friends all live nearby <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />. (Though like Shyon I like to spend time by myself quite a bit)

I work as a court reporter in the central law courts of the city. No, not using those little typing machines (stenographs) but recording it digitally on a computer. Its interesting sometimes and boring at others, depending on what case you are doing. All up I enjoy it though.

obviously as mentioned below my avatar, my country is malaysia & 2 be more specific east malaysia & that's on borneo island. i live in a state called sarawak & the city(pretty small) kuching is where i'm based.
http://www.sarawaktourism.com/

yeah so they call it land of the headhunters but that was in the past. i belong to a race called bidayuh & we're peaceful people(jurak, nice head u got <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />).

the climate's tropical & i still have no idea why europeans as well as americans expose themselves to the sun so much. desperate for skin cancer that much? healthiest time for sun in the morning is until 9am & afternoon will be after 4.30pm. u're asking for cancer if u try midday.

for those who love folk music from around the world, sarawak happens to host world rainforest music festival every year.

about myself, i'm a lab supervisor who doubles as a tech. pretty boring but easy as i know inside out of my job & computers very well. thinking of having my own business one day... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/sleepey.gif" alt="" />

like handefood, i like walking, especially jungle trekking. i stay pretty far from the city so i have to commute but the big plus is that no city hussle & bussle on weekends & i get 2 be as close 2 nature as possible. heck my place is close 2 a forest!

& i am a DD-holic ...... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" />

Nice folks, is good to know about other ways of life, almost like Hande i like to walk too, but i prefer run.

In my old city(governador valadares) have a big island to walk and run, with some animals(birds, dogs, frogs, ect...) beatiful trees with fruits and nice people around, but here in this city(uberlândia) don't have nice things like that, here is good to study, but isn't so good to live.
