My wizard was concentrating on a spell when a giant eagle flapped its wings, knocking my wizard back and putting him on his back on the ground.

So, he was moved against his will and ended up prone. Which the boots say should not be allowed if concentrating on a spell. Of course, once my wizard went prone, there went the concentration spell.

Eagles are pricks.

I know this is very old, but I just came here looking for answers to the same issue, and thought I'd note that as of Patch 7, Hotifx 28 this is still an issue. Shadowheart concentrating on Call Lightning wearing the boots and Eagle blows her right off the roof.
