I'm fairly sure that up to a certain point you could walk away 5m away and break the Garroting.
No longer.
Now the victim is Immobilised and thus cannot move, nor - naturally - cast e.g. Misty Step. I could not shove the weirdo far enough (and forgot to use Arrow of Transposition). How to move those 5m away which are still mentioned in the Tooltip?
