By shortly, im currently losing my mind due to this, i asked for help everywhere, and nothing and nobody cant help me. More informations on screenshot.
PS. I have also find out that i cant unsubscribe any mods (but i had them off when i was playing), and even i cant delete them from %appdata%, they somehow recover everytime i run the game.
Also I find out that game cant go over 20fps, if it somehow does, the game is dropping to 1fps, and makes music and screen stuttering.
