I did a clean install of the game, and updated to patch 7. The issue is at the start screen my game goes into a ''syncing'' phase. I have to wait for this to end before I can hit continue and load the game, sometimes this takes minutes. Ive installed mods from both the in game mod manager, and from Nexus and managing it all with the BG3 Mod Manager. If I have even one Nexus mod installed, the syncing happens. I've tried several different Nexus mods and it doesn't matter, I still get the syncing. Any ideas would be appreciated. I'm at a loss. I successfully modded the patch 6 version of the game for months with no issues. I would add a pic of the syncing but I don't see any option to add an image.
