Hi! I've tried finding a solution to this but have not yet been successful. I am trying to create a multiplayer cross-play lobby but every time I click create the game I get 'Error - Server shutting down'. Also, if I click 'cross-play' when starting a new game, I get an error that says something about online features won't work.

I've done a complete fresh reinstall, my internet/router are as good as could possibly be, I don't use mods, and I've tried all the little tricks one can find here and there online, and nothing is working. I have cross-play enabled. My Larian account is connected and logged in. I'm on PC. I have zero issues with every other online/multiplayer game I own. My cpu/gpu/everything is beyond more than capable to run the game (I have over 400 hours in it and have never had any other issue).

Sorry if this is something that has been addressed elsewhere here and I missed it.

Thanks in advance!

Crazy. Not one person has had this issue, nor has anyone heard of it happening before.

Same problem here! There's a couple of reddit threads that cite the same issue as well.

So far no answer on it from larian

I thought I'd fixed it by deleting my Baldur's Gate 3 folder in my AppData/Local/Larian Studios. And it worked. It worked today. Then I exited to eat dinner. Tried to get back into my crossplay session and back to the same old error message. Tried my previous "fix" and it's not working anymore.
