Hi, im a newbie to bg3 and i really have enjoyed what i could so far, but this is really something i need help with.
26 hours in on my first real run i finally got to the second map, found the first waypoint and then my game crashed unrepentantly, and ever since its all it'll do. Ill try to load into the game, make it past the larian logo and it'll crash and freeze my desktop upon it reaching 100%. I've tried various tricks and none of them help, the only time i was able to get past was when i made a multiplayer game with my friend and set my fps cap way down low (like 40 frames) which i think would indicate my pc couldn't handle bg3 but i have 50 hours with no bugs glitches or anything?
Please comment or tag me in any helpful threads i haven't found yet, it would be greatly appreciated. i really dont want to lose the ability to ever play this game again, it was the most fun i've had.
