you have to take the screentshot and save it to some web space. Then all you need to do is link to it. Kinda like your avatar

just type the following: [ image ]URL of your picture here[ /image ] without the spaces in the image tags

you can also use the ubb codes, which are next to the emoticons

its easier then typing the whole thing
