I have had KOTOR for PC since May 2004 ($20 at Best Buy), yet I STILL have not installed it.
I need to play that before I even think about KOTOR 2.

It is a great game MysterD.
You should install it and play it.
The only thing you have to take into account is if you have the SP2 update installed for WinXP there is a monster of a memory leak while playing KoTOR.
You will have to reboot your computer from time to time, but other than that you shouldn’t have any problems.
LucasArts & Obsidian assures that this will not be a problem in KoTOR II.

I should also admit I'm still on Win 98 SE. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
And my system meets the requirements,
except for the processor. My processor is only a Athlon 700 Mhz, so I don't know how well it'll run if I put it in here.
My system: AMD Athlon 700 Mhz, Windows 98 SE, 64 MB RAM GeForce2 MX400 RAM (Using Forceware Driver Version 56.64), DirectX 9.0C, Sound Blaster PCI Card, 40 GB Hard Drive, 10 X DVD-ROM drive (the drive I put the CD for the game in), 52x32x52 Lite-On CD-RW drive.
I think I am basically holding onto it 'til I get a new PC -- but, if I free some HD space up on this PC (I got 3 GB open right now, not enough for KOTOR), so after finishing some games on this aging rig and removing some games, KOTOR might get its turn. And if it runs okay, it'll stay. If not, I can hold onto it til the next rig I buy.
