Dunno if anyone else had this problem..didn't see it on the suggestions so far, but so far only thing that annoys me is the fact that sometimes it attempts
to move an object [i.e. a barrel] rather than activating/opening it and vice versa. This results in alot of irritating clicking especially on those small items. Maybe (1) type of double click system? I.E double click to activate/open something.

(2) Or the NWN style
where you click and hold and a menu would pop up from where you can select
what you want to do to the object....this might be more interesting since you can then add alot of things you can do to an object. Also might make it easier to pick up certain things too, alot of things 'activate' when you actually want to put it on your inventory etc etc.

I know what you mean. What's happening is that you bump the mouse when you click, making it move the object insead. Perhaps the game should allow a margin of error before it decides that you want to move the object.

I think the NWN menu system would be a bit too slow for this game.

I agree, too much moving is allowed, and opening should be easier. On a similiar how in the world can I move a 200lb boulder all the way across the screen but I can't force a door open (chest, or container)? Hell, since I can lift the boulder I should be able to toss it through the damn door.

I also encountered similar problems with clicking. For example; while I use a ranged weapon or a spell, I wouldn't want to get close to monsters, to avoid being surrounded. However, sometimes my character goes right into monster mob. I was killed a few times because of this. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/memad.gif" alt="" />
BTW, NWN system wouldn't suit well to this game. Too time consuming... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />
