The Divine Divinity Music Extractor (72KB) by BrainBox will extract all of the music in the game. You will need an audio player with ogg format support, such as Zinf or Winamp.
Alternately, the composer Kirill Pokrovsky has the DD soundtrack (and more) on his website in mp3 format.

In addition to the Divine Divinity music page, there is a zipped collection of mp3 files you can download here (29MB). Some comments about the zipped music can be found towards the end of this topic.

If you installed the game to 'D:\Program Files\Divine Divinity', cut off everything after that in the 'Divine Divinity directory' field (ie delete '\Run\Data\Sound.cmp'). The music extractor automatically finds the music file from the 'Divine Divinity' folder, and is not expecting the full path.

Bringing this thread back from the grave. ;) I just want to say the quality of the ogg files you get from using the extractor is a fair bit better than the 128kb mp3s you can get from kirillï½´s website.
Beware, if you convert them to mp3 you will probably lose the advantage though.
The oggs are low bitrate too, but better than the mp3s. Clearer, cleaner, fuller.
