You lose them just before you arrive and don't get them back until you cannot access the House of Madness again.

Or am I wrong? I haven't reached the point where you retrieve your pyramids. Can you re-enter Iona's Dungeon after you retrieve your pyramids? What if you left the House of Madness alone until then?

You can not use telekinesis to get the gems. You can avoid the house of madness until after getting your teleporter stones back, but I don't think there is a way to toss one outside.

If u get in the room with the four beds just sleep in one of them and ure free. i found out just by klicking without willing and see im free <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

Good question; I wondered that too. Every time I play this game, I try for about 30 minutes and then give up. I don't think it's possible, but I've been wrong before.

On a related note, there are also some juicy piles behind some bars in the Elven crypt in the Dark forest that I want to get my grubby hands on. Anyone know if that's possible?

You can get the stuff in the elven ruins with Telekinesis. I had level 5 by the time I got there; not sure on the minimum level required.

Tk lvl 1 - 3 is ok for the stuff in the background.
