Well I went ahead and did it 
I know it's a little large, but it's the only way you can see all the numbers. This is from a save I have right before the end boss, surely I missed a few monsters, but I think this gives a pretty good picture. Enjoy

Just in case it's not clear, the x axis shows levels 1-45, the bars show the number of creatures in the given level.
