does it add larger monster groups in the game or does it just increase there stats?
I believe it will give them more hit points and they will cause more damage to you, i don't think it adds mor bad guys though but i'm not sure.
Bosses are harder to kill.
There are same number of enemies.
And you get same exp for killing them.
