I would like to know if anybody is playing the new patch with the nightmare mode, are the enemies much harder than in "difficult/hard" or isn`t there much of a difference?

I played in nightmare mode while helping with patch testing. Played from Farglow to Sentinel Island and I thought it was indeed much harder! Damn those hordes of skeletons at the foot of the Lovis Tower, and Amdusias ... bloody hell!

I simply changed the difficulty slider to see the difference, instead of asking others with different machine specs, equipment and skills.
