I'm trying to hunt for the Rivellon Guards Warhammer and I have learned that I need to accept a quest from George Gremory (this was done before-hand) and I then need to speak to Zix Zax. Where is this Zix Zax?

Near the Maxos Temple, across the open area infront of it from the teleporter shrine.

There's a platform directly West from the Waypoint Shrine. He's on that.

That's vague. Which Waypoint Shrine? There are many.
