please help me.

Trying to access the battle tower and have a lift that will access three floors only. Collected two keys from master once dead but neither key will unlock the basement or the catacombs and the keys do not exist in inventory. #driving me mad.

Can you enter the library with the imp? Because that is where you need to be.
