Maybe i have brain cancer, but craft white trash armor/weapon for 5 lvl ability it's... a little brutal and totaly useless?
What if we can get rar or higher quality of item from craft? Or bring some perks for craft?

Or HP potions/food totaly useless, when you can heal you're self.

Isn't that like saying that death is annoying because you can reload to avoid it if you die?

I think that whether someone can save/load is irrelevant. Whether it adds anything with regards to gameplay, or is fun, or whatever is the sort of thing that should determine if it's kept. Not everyone chooses to reload whenever something doesn't go their way.
