You can grind King Boreas' minions for infinite experience. Only the smaller ones will give experience, but he spawns them alongside a larger elemental (which doesn't give exp) every 3 turns. If you choose to leave the fight, the larger elementals are the only ones will despawn, leaving you a golden opportunity to spike the small ones nice and early.
I suggest pulling him outside the castle as seen above.
