I'll take a wild guess here and say that something was likely lost in translation. Navigating through a few pages, changing the desired platform and then redeeming the code can be a bit much if you struggle to string a few sentences in English. If there was a problem with the site there would surely be more than one person affected.

Très déçu qu'un bug me prive du jeu.
Je vais réfléchir pour savoir si je rachète deux clefs GOG ou si je peux emprunter le compte qu'un ami STEAM (au moins pour moi)


EDIT: Je vais garder les clefs Steam. Mon ami ça le dérange pas et moi je vais faire avec, car le jeu est DRM-Free.
