I was messing around with the stat editor, and I tried to to set the AP cost of some Scoundrel skills, namely Sleeping Arm and Sawtooth Knife to 1 AP.

However, when I test these skills in the game, the AP costs remain at 2. All the other changes I made in the editor go through except the AP cost. Are these skills hard coded to cost at least 2AP?

You need to set "OverrideMinAP" to Yes
Weapon skills normally take weapon attack AP as minimum cost so that using a skill with a weapon that has higher AP attack cost also costs extra AP.
