I recently tried playing multiplayer with a friend (I was a guest), and when we got to the fight at the gate of the Druid Grove, the game froze up and we had to reload. When we loaded back in, I found that my Warlock was unable to toggle Repelling Blast on in the hotbar. It was working perfectly fine before the reload.
