Hunters mark on the ranger is a visual range spell like HEX on the warlock. Currently it only allows cast while on the same elevation which is really weird. Giving the error "too high" on a visual range spell that is most effective at range on higher ground removes 90% of its usefulness if you have to be on the same level.
