First thing yes everything is up to date. So its been awhile since i checked out BG3 EA and this what i found.

this is how the game looks when using vulkan



This is how it looks using DX11 (I know the colours are off HDR is on)



No matter what resolution i selected it does not render or scale correctly in 4k
