So I have begun re-downloading BG3 to test out the Bard.

As I am reading the Wiki, it suggests that I can only get expertise on Deception, Insight, Perception, Performance, and Religion.

Please tell me this isn't true.

I'm hoping Expertise is still going to get some work. It doesn't always work, and I do think it isn't implemented right. It's a step closer, but it isn't quite there yet.

I can confirm that the information you read is false ^^

As a Rogue, you can choose Expertise from the Character Creation for any proficiency that you have.
