Just several things :
1. Use Raining Blood skill in her tent. Either with scroll, which you can find in Orivand's chambers or by creating the skillbook and learning it, by combining any Hydrosophist and any Necromancer skillbooks.
2. Use Bless source skill on blood puddle with Mona in it.
3. Profit?
