[color:"red"] WARNING [/color] : this post MAY content spoilers

I made my hero a mage ( first time playing a RPG ) and figured out how he sucks ! I mean i had equipment wich I had from the begginig of the game at the end also he's magic also sucks if you want better magic you need more inteligense means less strenght and it consumes to much potuions ... also when i was fighting with samuel my "HERO" could not do *any* damage (but had exelent defence against magic) so you could figure out how I was suprized when I knew that I had to fight Damiel also doing *no* damage so i loaded , unlearned my skill (14 skill points) tryed other magics most didn't work untill I tryed lighting storm doing milisculance damage to him then i defetes him but was very disapoited that i played so long with a sucked mage wich wold't survive without his DK

P.S. sorry if there are any mistakes in my post

I have played all 3 types of characters and I can assure you that the Mage is by far the most powerful character in the game.

I was suprized when I knew that I had to fight Damiel

I think you mean Damian and not Samuel right? Well Damian took my Mage about 2 minutes to kill using only 14 medium mana porions and 2 small health potions. I was doing massive damage to him with every spell.

If you are having trouble with configuring your Mage you should ask specific questions and they will be answerd to help you out. List your stats and skills when asking the question so that we have an idea what your character looks like.

hmm... maybe you right . I don't have much expirience with mages better if I'll stick to the warrior . BTW: the spells look very cool when you cast the especiali more that 1 missel at the time

Playing a mage is tougher than a fighter in most RPGs'. It takes a different mindset than slogging through as a fighter. Once you get the hang of it though it really expands the role play experience and as noted high level magic users are very powerful.

Play as a fighter your first time through then go back and try as a mage.

I don´t have any problems with my mage. I have decided that I will invent skill points in only one skill thus make it very powerfull. So the only problem was that I needed at the begining many mana portions. But this will get better as I go further in the game. Increasing intellingence will do the work.

You can have my absence of faith
you can have my everything...
