Are there any spells that only exist on scrolls and can't be learned during level up?

Trying to figure out if I want a sorcerer or a wizard, if wizards can learn unique spells I would lean toward them.

I think there is a spell with summon quasit (variant of find familiar?) that a wizard can scribe.
