Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) General permenant crypling effect - bug?

i got this great helm but there is a -ve effect; it drains stamina like water in a coffee filter. I took the helm off n change to the previous helm and the effect didn't go off. I went to a healer n heal myself but the effect is still there. I tried to sleep but still the effect is there. I save the game n loaded it again but the effect is still there. I quit the game n restarted it n the effect is still there. What gives? How am i gonna fight with no stamina? Ican't even outrun a spider! is my character forever crypled?

are you sure you did not pick up a weapon something like a halberd? check your weapons and if you have it go sell it to someone....quickly <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/think.gif" alt="" />

Did any item you equiped grant magic barrier? When you UNequip it A bug Happens. Try putting a skill point into that skill. Hope that works for you.

Jurak is right about the halberd.It will say something like "there's something strange about"....So if you have anything like that get it off yourself and/or out of inventory.Sell it for money <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/badsmile2.gif" alt="" />
