OP DeltaWolf member Joined: Aug 2003 Location: Far far away	Anyone played X2 - The Threat before ? Would like to have your views on the game. It it a secual to X - Beyound the frontier. Plowking old hand Joined: Nov 2003	Having played the first one x: beyond the frontier I was really looking forward to this one - but my PC can't handle it. It played but only at the lowest settings and the cut scenes where a complete joke - chug chug chug even though they didn't look anything special! My brother has it on his powerful PC and he thinks it's brilliant - I thought it was very promising too, but had to bring it back!

DEATHATTHEDOOR veteran D Joined: Jun 2003 Location: Canada	The average score on Gamerankings is 74%. The game looks rather good but I heard it was full of bugs on release. I'd reccomend to patch it first. Another good free-form space sim is Independence War 2. Be sure to check it some day.

Amazing how they still cant beat elite even with all the snazzy graphics and huge amounts of memory available now.
