Did you accidentally drag it off your toolbar while clicking it? I've done that way too many times myself. If that's the problem, you can open your spellbook, go to the Common tab, find the Jump icon and drag it back onto the toolbar. You can also lock the toolbar to prevent accidentally changing it if you wish.
